Ngozi is dedicated to helping individuals improve their emotional health and wellbeing. She primarily works with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, elevated stress, women’s issues, behavioral disorders, suicidality, and other complex life challenges. Ngozi practices from a strengths-based perspective, striving to help individuals recognize their own potential by achieving greater self-awareness.
Ngozi believes that effective therapy should provide compassion, empathy, creativity, and a place of safety and support. Ngozi feels privileged to assist her clients in creating their emotional wellbeing, and her goal is to help support each client she works with. Ngozi understands that life is hard, and everyone needs support when faced with obstacles in their lives.
Ngozi strives to empower people to make changes when they feel stuck and dissatisfied with their life. She believes every human being can confront and overcome emotional blocks to achieve their goals and live a meaningful life.
Ngozi completed her undergraduate degree at San Diego State University in Psychology with a minor in Counseling and Social Change. She earned her Master’s of Social Work degree from Clark Atlanta University.
Ngozi loves animals and nature. Some of her favorite activities include hiking, swimming, and bike riding. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring the city.
