Troy Law is a graduate of the Master of Arts Program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University. His areas of focus include family issues, relationship distress and marital issues, self-esteem, life transitions, financial issues and spiritual issues. Troy began his clinical experience as a Clinical Intern at C&T Counseling Services in Marietta, GA. As an intern, he has facilitated court-mandated groups that include Anger Management, Alcohol & Drug Abuse, and the Family Violence Intervention Program (FVIP). He has also counseled couples and individuals from a cognitive behavioral and systemic approach.
Before pursuing a career in Marriage and Family Therapy, Troy worked as a Certified Budget & Credit Counselor, where he specialized in providing comprehensive financial assessments for clients that enabled them to avoid or overcome financial problems and achieve successful financial goals. He has also served as a Financial Community Outreach Specialist and has been a volunteer mentor for Big Brother Big Sister, Inc. Additionally, Troy has proudly served in the US Army as a Transportation Specialist from 1995-2000.
Troy was born is Jersey City, NJ and has lived in Charleston, SC. He now resides in Fairburn, GA with his wife, Salindra, and their son Jace.
