Child Therapy
Could your child benefit from therapy?
- Has your child experienced a recent trauma?
- Is your family going through a transition that may be affecting your child (e.g., a move, a divorce, or a death in the family)?
- Are you concerned with your child’s moods and behaviors?
- Is your child struggling to get along with others?
- Is your child having difficulty managing life at home or school?

At The Summit, we see children for lots of reasons–about as many reasons as there are children! We know that your child is unique and that you want them to be understood–taking into account all of their strengths and their weaknesses– as they are being helped.
We typically recommend that a child’s parent or parents come in for the first session and meet with the therapist to insure that we understand you, your family, your child, and your child’s needs.
If you are ready to speak to one of our friendly front office staff about child therapy, or if you would like to make an appointment, please call (678) 893-5300.
