Jessica’s job is to assist her clients as they pursue wholeness and restoration, while bearing the realities of life with all its joys and challenges. Her hope is that with her guidance you will be able to explore and uncover the patterns in your life, while understanding how your past experiences, beliefs, and relationships affect your present successes and struggles. She strives to create an environment where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves without fear of judgement or vulnerability. Initially, Jessica begins every therapeutic relationship by coming alongside them and ensuring that they collaborate on the client’s goals. Based on the therapy goals and needs, Jessica integrates a person-centered approach with Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques tailored to the needs of the client. Her hope is that together you all can work to restore hope, insight and courage. She wants to help you find ways to feel fully alive in the present and connected in your daily lives and relationships.
Beyond her work as a therapist, Jessica loves staying active and spending time outdoors with her husband, whether playing tennis, pickleball, or padel together. She also enjoys gathering with friends for games, sharing meals, and having meaningful conversations over cups of coffee. Whether through sports, laughter, or good conversation, she values connection and cherishes quality time with her people.
Jessica Gross is under the directed experience and clinical supervision of Janet Fluker, LPC, CPCS and Dr. Sonja Sutherland, LPC, CPCS
