Haley believes real healing starts the moment someone feels safe enough to stop performing and just be. No judgement. No pressure. Just the space to pause and be heard. Nothing is more comforting than a listening ear and a safe place. That belief has been the core in every chapter of her career, from sitting across from children navigating unthinkable experiences to walking alongside adults facing life’s hardest transitions. Haley has knowledge in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Crisis Intervention, giving her the tools to help trauma survivors process pain without being overwhelmed by it. She also leans into Motivation Interviewing to help clients realize their own reasons for change, meeting people where they are rather than pushing them somewhere else, they are not ready to go. Whatever someone brings through the door, grief, trauma, a life in upheaval, Haley’s goal is the same. To be steady and a compassionate presence while they find their footing again.
Outside of counseling, Haley loves a good balance between adventure and downtime. She and her husband love to travel, and they are always looking forward to their next adventure. When she is not planning a trip, she is the happiest at home while unwinding with a cup of coffee in hand and sitting by the fire. Haley loves a good read especially when it can strengthen her relationship with Christ. She is an avid gamer and cherishes moments with her friends and family.
