10-Week Elementary Anxiety Monsters Group
Thursdays from 3:30 – 4:20 PM
September 22nd – December 8th (skips 10/20 and 11/24)
3rd-5th Grade Students
By giving anxiety a monster identity, we will work on minimizing its scariness. Group members will define their anxiety and learn skills to help manage the emotions and behaviors that come along with heightened anxiety. With a better understanding of why we have anxiety, group members can normalize their feelings and take back control.
Groups will meet at the Main Office. Cost is $400.
