Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized form of therapy that is designed to help adults, adolescents, and their families cope with dysregulated emotions and behaviors.
In this class, individuals will learn effective skills and strategies to manage and endure emotional distress without resorting to harmful behaviors. Focusing on cultivating mindfulness, acceptance, and other practical techniques, participants learn to tolerate distress and intense emotions in healthy ways.
