This FREE 8-week supportive skills-based group is designed to help students recognize anxiety triggers and overcome personal stressors and fears. Group members will have an opportunity to learn about the differences between stress and anxiety. The group will help build confidence in students so that they can manage the storms of life and find peace within themselves.
