Parents will find support and a sense of community through connecting with one another in a supportive group setting. This FREE 7-week group is process oriented and will discuss the following topics: developmental changes, risk taking in teens, identity formation, the effect of stress and lack of sleep on the teenage brain, being a teen in the age of screens, and what parents can expect after adolescence.
