Brooklynn’s counseling style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative because she believes every client is the expert on their own life. Brooklynn primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, work through life’s obstacles, and develop practical tools that empower them to create meaningful, lasting change. Brooklynn’s faith is at the center of who she is and inspires the way she cares for others. Brooklynn believes God has called her to this profession and gifted her with the privilege of walking alongside people as they heal, grow, and rediscover hope. Counseling is so much more than a career to Brooklynn—it is her life’s purpose.
When Brooklynn is not counseling, she is usually spending quality time with her family or quality time in nature. Brooklynn loves traveling and conversing with moms about personal motherhood journeys.
