The Summit Counseling Center is pleased to be a recipient of the 2022 Fulton County Community Services Program award in the Health & Wellness category! The Community Services Program is an annual competitive program that awards funding to nonprofit agencies serving Fulton County residents.

The Summit will use the funding specifically for our Youth Mental Health Services program.
Fulton County Manager Dick Anderson emphasized the importance of connecting and supporting citizens served by CSP. “We are delighted with the increase in the number of citizens served with our Community Services Program,” said Anderson. “In 2021, the County served 70,951 Fulton County Citizens through CSP, during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
“County staff created what we consider to be an unbiased process for choosing contractors that included internal and external subject matter experts to ensure that service providers submitted plans that would deliver programs with impact,” added Dr. Pamela Roshell, Fulton County Chief Operating Officer, Health, Human Services & Public Works.
Nonprofit recipients of Community Services funds are an important part of Fulton County’s framework for delivering essential services Countywide.
