You will work through the Divorce Recovery Workbook from a Christian-faith perspective, learn ways to find soothing and comfort during this difficult time, and harness God’s compassion to start living an abundant life again. You will also learn techniques to help you heal from the wounds of your divorce, enhance your relationship skills, and improve your overall sense of well-being.
