"You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage... And I promise you, something great will come of it"
― From the movie, "We Bought a Zoo"
Clio believes that therapy is most powerful when clients feel seen, heard, and supported in a space that allows for genuine self-exploration and growth. She values working with a diverse population and is committed to a client-centered model that honors each individual’s unique story, identity, and goals. Clio’s approach is rooted in psychoanalytic modalities, helping clients gain insight into underlying patterns and unconscious processes. She also integrates narrative therapy to support clients in reshaping the stories they tell about themselves, fostering a greater sense of agency and empowerment. Clio believes that healing begins with meaningful connection, where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to take control of their story and shape the life they want to live.
When Clio isn’t in the therapy room, she enjoys meditating, collecting passport stamps, and exploring new recipes or local food spots as a dedicated foodie. A lifelong artist at heart, she finds joy in painting, drawing, and getting lost in creative projects, whether it’s crafting by hand or experimenting with new artistic techniques. These creative outlets help her recharge and stay grounded outside of her clinical work.
