About Kimberly Tate-Nuwar

"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams, who looks inside, awakes."

― Carl Jung

You don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, career/life transitions, substance use, PTSD, or trauma, Kimberly partners with and empowers you to create lasting change on your terms. Through a holistic, trauma-informed approach, Kimberly creates a safe, supportive environment for individuals, families, and couples to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. She tailors her work to each individual, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating mindfulness, somatic, and creative techniques. For couples therapy, she is trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. She also is a certified grief informed and certified clinical trauma therapist.

Outside of the therapy space, Kimberly enjoys traveling with her husband, being outside, spending time with her dogs, listening to podcasts, and connecting with loved ones.
